David Webster Lighting are responsible for the care and maintenance of literally millions of street lights on our highways. But the problem was logging incidents and times of attendance. An Automatic Vehicle Location System was deployed, allowing them to download logs of where the vehicles were for every minute of the day. This allowed DWL to monitor response times and produce meaningful reports to help improve their efficiency as a fleet. The reports can be made available in several formats such as TXT, Excel and PDF
